Nicholas is a CRE-designated member of The Counselors of Real Estate, the
professional consulting affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.
The CRE organization was founded in 1953 to establish professional standards for a
preeminent group of individuals who provide expert independent real estate
advice for compensation. CREs are
the industry’s most respected source for professional advice on all types of
properties.

consultation services to individual and corporate clients.
The Counselors of Real Estate define counseling as “providing
competent, disinterested and unbiased advice on diversified problems in the
broad field of real estate.” This
advice is not off-the-cuff, intuitive, gratuitous or impulsive, but rather
is arrived at through careful investigation, discussion and deliberation. The Counselor brings to each assignment a broad range of experience in the real estate field combined with technical competency in more than one real estate specialty. Unlike management, appraisal, or brokerage, counseling is not a discipline but a process. While objective in analysis, the Counselor directs his efforts toward the client’s best interest through evaluation of options, advocacy of the client’s interests, and development and execution of appropriate strategies.
